Matloda Village Flood Miracle: Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj's Trust Delivers Aid Overnight to Hisar Farmers
This video documents the emergency flood relief operation undertaken by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj for Matloda village in the Hisar district of Haryana.
The village was facing a severe crisis:
- Approximately 400 homes were submerged, and standing water, up to four feet deep, had destroyed the Bajra and Cotton crops in the fields.
- The floodwaters caused structural damage to houses and led to outbreaks of disease and mosquitoes, with villagers receiving little help from the administration.
The Request and Relief:
The Sarpanch's representative and the Panchayat members reached out to Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj's trust. They initially requested 16,000 feet of pipe and two motors. However, the trust's committee encouraged them to increase their request to ensure the entire village could be dewatered effectively. The trust put their application at the feet of Sant Rampal Ji who ordered immediate help. Within just 24 hours of the request, the trust delivered a massive consignment of materials, estimated by the villagers to be worth around ₹30-35 lakhs.
The materials included:
- 35,000 feet of 8-inch pipe
- Four 15 HP motors
- 3,500 feet of electrical cable
All necessary small accessories, such as starters, connectors, nuts, bolts, and even glues, to prevent villagers from needing to buy anything from the market.
Assurance and Outcome:
The trust also issued a "Special Request" letter, emphasizing that the aid was being provided on the condition that the villagers use it effectively to drain all the water and ensure the next crop can be sown. The letter warned that failure to do so would result in no future relief.
The Sarpanch's representative and the Panchayat members signed the acceptance letter, promising the trust that they would remove all the water within 10 days and that the next drone video would show fields "waving with crops".
Villagers expressed overwhelming gratitude, calling the quick and substantial aid a "miracle" and referring to Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj as a "form of God" for helping them during their crisis when no local politicians or wealthy individuals stepped up.
