Dhani Khan Bahadur Flood Aid by Sant Rampal Ji

Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj Provides Over ₹25 Lakh in Flood Relief to Dhani Khan Bahadur Village, Hisar

The video showcases the critical flood situation in Dhani Khan Bahadur village, Hisar district, Haryana, where continuous heavy rains had submerged schools, agricultural fields, and homes, severely disrupting daily life and children's education [00:00]. Villagers, desperate for assistance after their local efforts proved insufficient, heard about the relief work of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj in nearby areas [00:18]. Inspired by this, the entire village council of Dhani Khan Bahadur prepared a formal request, detailing their urgent needs, and submitted it to Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj's followers.

  • In a remarkably swift response, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj issued an order within hours of receiving the plea [00:45]. Within 24 hours, a convoy of relief materials reached the village. The aid package, valued at over ₹25 lakh, included:
  • 12,000 feet of durable 8-inch pipes to facilitate extensive water drainage.

Three powerful 10-horsepower Crompton motors, along with all necessary accessories such as starters and wires, ensuring efficient operation.

The video emphasizes that this assistance was part of a larger, ongoing "Annapurna" campaign by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj's trust, extending to numerous other flood-affected villages in Haryana and other states like Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Jammu & Kashmir. This broader effort also includes distributing food rations to approximately 50 flood-affected families in villages like Matarshyam.

Villagers, including the sarpanch, expressed overwhelming gratitude, highlighting that such a rapid and substantial response was unprecedented, especially compared to the slower pace of government aid. They noted that the provided equipment would significantly help in draining the 4-5 feet of standing water from their fields and allow children to return to school. Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj's followers also conveyed his commitment to provide further assistance if needed and to support the villagers until their land is ready for the next wheat crop.
